Feasibility involves figuring out how your big ideas are going to fit into a space. We can help you determine your criteria before looking for real estate or help you determine if a space for lease fits your needs.

For some residential projects, this looks like determining the bounds of your lot you can build up to.

For retail and restaurant projects, its checking that the space has the means to support your needs and that zoning is correct.

Schematic Design and Design Development

Here is there the fun stuff starts. You provide your design inspiration and we interpret it into your space. Depending on the contract, some design options are produced and we discuss what feels right. Then we start making sure the floor plan fits with the exact equipment you would like to purchase and start integrating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural.

Construction Documents

Once you approve the design at the end of the Design Development stage, we start solidifying details like how casework and furniture will be integrated and documenting how the project will meet code.

These drawings will be stamped and are ready to be submitted for construction bidding and permitting.

Construction Administration

Construction Administration is where we confirm that the items the Contractor is purchasing match with what is drawn. Some brands handle construction administration in house. 6points can make sure you get the product you dreamed of through the Construction Administration phase.
